Tried to order some CUI encoders (102-1307-ND pic) and cables from digikey, but got these IC sockets instead… FAIL.

That’s unusual for DigiKey, I order from them 1-2x a week at work and rarely get the wrong part. Usually it’s my fault. They’re good about correcting things and will probably let you keep the sockets (bonus!?– well….).

Hi Brian, thanks for your comment. I sent this picture and a note to digikey support so I hope they fix this soon.
We order mostly from ELFA and sometimes Farnell, but digikey is running a campaign where shipping is free on orders over 65euros, and with the current dollar/euro currency conversion digikey is a good alternative.
