A 9k loop around paloheinä. Here's a skewed panorama of the vantaa river:
2k warmup, then 9k at an average 5:22/km (slow in the beginning, faster towards the end), then ~1k cooldown.
Now trying to run a bit faster than the usual 6 min/km pace on 10 km and shorter runs.
I haven't completely forgot to exercise, but the lack of daylight and cold temperatures make it, at least mentally, a bit harder to get out there and run.
